A Day In The River
 
In a multi day river trips a day begins with tea-breakfast at around 8.00AM. After breakfast, you are requested to pack your own things in a pre-provided dry-bag, should be brought back to boat. The rafting trip starts at around 9.30 and stops at noon or so for lunch. Your lunch is dry picnic style. Drinking water purified by iodine or boiled is provided all day long.

After lunch there is usually 2-3 hours rafting further and then the trip ends at the camping aside the river usually in a open beach.

Dinner is made of local or fresh foods. You are required to help guides and cooks. In the rest days, learn kayaking or excursion nearby villages are optional depending on interest of participants.

If there is dead woods found you may enjoy limited amount of camp-fire, possibly local alcohol drink of Chhang or Raksi and folk dances.
