Seti River is another popular river for short and less adventurous trip. It can be reached easily from both the cities of Kathmandu and Pokhara by few hours drive. Somehow, Seti is more isolated than Trishuli; it has more greenery section and wider Canyons. Seti is a best option of Trishuli if you want to spend a bit more for better view, less crowed and same level of white water. It's not the overwhelming white water adventure but it has plenty of small exciting rapids.

Seti is also very popular for schooling Kayak learners. If you join for 4 day's Kayaking course here you can do basic Kayaking. Lower section of Seti emerges in to Trishuli and the trip ends up at same point as of Trishuli.
