Treks in the Everest Region

The trek to Everest Base Camp is by far the most popular trek in the region and with good reason. The other trekking options in the region are a great way to escape the crowds and also offer something unique. The route in from Jiri gives you a taste of the lowlands and what trekking must have been like in Nepal when the first expeditions arrived. The Gokyo to Renjo La Pass trek is a newly opened route featuring great views of Everest and Cho Oyo.
